These Terms & Conditions govern your use of occasionsongs.com and any orders you place with us. By ordering, you agree to these terms.

Orders are accepted once payment is confirmed and the brief is received. We may decline a brief that conflicts with our content policy (see below).

Delivery timelines start from the moment payment and a complete brief are received.

Standard delivery is 5–7 days on Basic and Standard, 7–10 days on Premium, and 10–14 days on Luxury. Rush delivery is available as an add-on where offered. Delivery times are estimates; we'll flag delays as early as possible.

Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds (see the pricing page). Additional revisions after the included rounds may be billed at our standard rate.

Before we begin writing: full refund.

After writing begins but before recording: partial refund reflecting work completed.

After recording: refunds are reviewed case by case.

You receive a personal-use licence to play, share privately, and use your song at the occasion it was written for.

Commercial use — social media monetisation, adverts, resale — is a paid upgrade. Contact us for commercial licensing.

We retain the underlying musical work; you own your story and personal details.

We do not write content that is hateful, defamatory, sexually explicit, or promotes harm. We reserve the right to decline briefs on these grounds and refund your order.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any single order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of this page.
